Parrot Fish

A night dive picture of a parrot sleeping in a niche he found in a wreck. Parrots are sequential hermaphrodites. They start life as females, then later switch to male. Their colors are extraordinarily variable, juvenile fish looking quite different from the adult form. You can see the "beak" here.
